Two bags today, had to cut a bit shorter than I expected. Was able to grab an after picture of what I worked on last week (pics 1/2) and clean up a couple new cigarette butts and bottle caps. As mentioned before, the big board is covering a huge red ant nest and I am not messing with it.

This area is a lot messier than I originally bargained for. This whole section is also hiding a massive stand of wild Dewberries, a Texas native fruiting bush similar to blackberries. I didn’t know that, so my ankles were getting cut up pretty bad and I had to stop early. Learning something new each time I go out to detrash and next time I’ll have pants and longer socks to keep protected so I can hopefully keep getting some of these larger things.

Anybody have tips for plastic bags? Some have been out here long enough that when you try to grab them they crumble into tiny pieces that scatter :(
