So I didnt play for a few months and now every time I try to open the game it gets stuck on this screen indefinitely. I've tried all the fixes epic has recommended and done all the fixes I can think of. I'm close to just factory resetting to see if that works cause at this point I just have no clue what to do. Any help is appreciated
