I told you I wasn’t single, but I am. You took me by surprise and I didn’t really know what to do. I’ve been divorced for over 5 years and haven’t really dated since. I think you dodged a bullet, honestly. You were so brave and I should have gotten my wits about me more quickly and given you my number or at least given you the truth so you didn’t think you were the problem.
