Could someone recommend publications on this topic? My previous focus was on Malaysian decolonisation for my licenciate, but now I want to broaden my scope for a future master's thesis. I am particularly interested in works about Hong Kong and Singapore, though I would also value sources on other regions of the British Empire. My knowledge of British African possessions is mostly limited to the Near East and South Africa, based mainly on my university studies.
Considering the topics well, I would like to find out about the general history of those places, and if possible, some additional publications on the decolonisation of those possessions.
I would also be greatly indebted for any additional reads that might further my research (maybe something about the Dutch and the French colonies at their last stages)
