Hi yall! I have a wild type neocaridinia from a tank I bought and it keeps trying to mount or attack other shrimp like this. Is it trying to mate or is it trying to attack or eat the rili shrimp? Not sure if I need to separate it into its own tank so any help would be appreciated!

Hi y'all! I'm new to the hobby but have a few tanks set up/about to be set up soon, and I've gone down the spiral of looking at what light to choose while not breaking the bank completely. I currently have 4 tanks, and only 3 "high-tech-ish" ones:
1.) 5 gallon tank with CO2 growing rotala blood red being the most demanding plant, along with cardamine lyrata, limnophilia aromatica, some staurogyne repens, and some other plants. This tank currently has a Seaoura light that I got online that seems to work fine?
2.) 3.6 gallon tank with CO2 that I plan to grow a UG carpet in, and maybe an oranged-tipped java on a rock - not set up yet so I'm not sure what light to get
3.) 1.5 gallon tank with CO2 with dwarf hairgrass and only dwarf hairgrass - I have a hygger clip-on sitting on standby potentially for this tank
I've been looking at lights to use with these tanks, but I have a few questions I can't seem to find the answer to:
-Do I need a Twinstar/Chihiros/Netlea/Week Aqua for the red plants to grow effectively and with good coloration? Is this needed for UG and dwarf hairgrass either?
-Does using CO2 necessitate the usage of hi-tech lights?
-If I get a hi-tech light, can I get one longer one for two tanks (i.e. 5 gallon plus the 3.6 gallon)?
Any help would be super appreciated, thank you!
