Partners, I had a curbside set for 7:30-8pm that was ready by 715pm. I got caught up, life happens, missed my time and answered when curbside called me to touch base. The partner on the phone emphasized how I did “urgency” time-whatever the shorter window is called. Again, things happened, I got caught and asked what time I had till? Well, I wasn’t going to make 9pm and the partner just kept touching on the “urgency” time frame that I used-like literally hung up on it. I get it, truly, but is there absolutely no wiggle room? I paid for it, and they get paid, clearly it was available at 530 when I selected it, but damn! “But you selected the urgency time” “I guess we’ll put the frozen item back in the freezer” “the items that need to be kept cold, we’ll put them in” Like, obviously you have to and should. Should I have explained my lapse in depth? I don’t abuse curbside, I appreciate curbside, but fucking a man.
