Hey everyone,
I recently started getting a vertical red line running from top to bottom on my monitor. It’s always there, even when I change cables or connect a different device, so I’m pretty sure it’s a hardware issue with the screen itself.
The monitor is still under warranty until August 2025, and I’m based in Calgary, Canada. I’m planning to contact support for a repair or replacement, but I wanted to ask here first:
- Has anyone dealt with a similar issue?
- Is this definitely a panel failure, or is there anything else worth trying?
- Any tips on handling warranty claims in Canada (especially in Calgary)?
