Wheelchair Backs

I have had my wheelchair since I first experienced paralysis (2+ years ago) and I think it's time for a new cushion and I'm wondering if I need a different back. My injury is from T6-9 from MS plus scoliosis. I am wondering if I need a deep contour or something deeper than I have to help with some support. I do have a good ability to twist but I have trouble maintaining good posture. Any advice or who would I see to determine if the back on my wheelchair is correct?

In the spinal cord subreddit someone also suggested laterals get added. Is one preferred over the other?

Scoliosis/Paralysis

Thanks for all of the help with my other posts. I have a spinal cord injury due to MS. I also seem to have developed scoliosis (or worsening of it) since paralysis. I hear this is pretty common. I wonder what others are doing to help straighten themselves out while in a wheelchair. My scoliosis is not so bad that I need surgery but I do noticeably tilt to my left side, which is not particularly comfortable.
