Applying for new CC, don’t understand a few things.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for multiple years and have built my credit card limit up to $13k, utilizing up to roughly 30% before I pay it off each month, never been late. I have other CCs that have slightly lower limits that I don’t use as often.

I’m switch from Wells Fargo bank to SoFi bank, and after opening a checking/savings with SoFi, I applied for a credit card through SoFi (2% unlimited CC) but was only given a limit of $2.5k. Is this only because I have no banking history with SoFi? I need a CC with a limit that will allow me to use roughly $4k per month. Or am I doing this all wrong? I really don’t want to bank with Wells Fargo anymore and want to get out quickly. Will this destroy my credit making this move? Do I just keep the Wells Fargo CC? I’m a bit lost here. Don’t know much about how all this works and right after this post I will be reading up as much as I can on what to do.

Thanks in advance.

Hello, I noticed that the Yuka mini 800H is $500 off right now so I’m thinking about pulling the trigger on it.

I just can’t find any reviews on how it will handle St. Augustine grass. My backyard tends to be very aggressive and grow quite thick after about three or four days. Front yard I have no worries about even though it’s still St. Augustine, it just doesn’t grow like the back.

Does anybody have any experience with the Yuka Mini and St. Augustine?

I’m the owner of a small business and I have been having issues with a certain employee who happens to be pregnant. This person is consistently tardy by 5 minutes or more multiple times a week (late 24 days out of the last 2 months, and even further back but 2 months is how far back I looked on the time sheets). Being tardy has caused numerous appointments to be put on hold to wait for her arrival, or I have to pull someone else off of their task so that I may begin my scheduled appointments with my clients.. On top of the tardiness, I have recently discovered that she is abusing the accommodations I have given her due to the fact she is pregnant. She is allowed a 1 hour long unpaid lunch and I also have given her the ability to take breaks and eat whenever needed. I understand PWFA, but it has become so excessive that other associates are beginning to speak up. Today I gave her a verbal warning about these issues and explained to her they need immediate correction. I have no problem giving her time to rest, but she is choosing to not help others when we are closing, turning her 15 minute food breaks into 48 minutes hiding sessions.

I know there are law protecting her and she has already expressed her displeasure during my verbal warning by stating she doesn’t have to “legally” sign her warning even though that is company policy. She did eventually sign but had to chase her down for it.

What can I do? I don’t want to fire her because she’s pregnant, I want to fire her because she is not performing and is constantly tardy, causing issues with the team.
