Question about sour dough
Hey,
So ive recently started making sour dough because and im following the instructions and all seems well so far, but i only started yesterday and theres a part i feel i need to ask about.
For day two it says "if bubbles appear, discard half and feed with 60 grams flour + 60 grams water. Stir and re-cover." Does this mean i dont feed it the second day unless it bubbles but i still stir it, or do u leave it entirely unless it bubbles?
