Heading to Tokyo soon and planning to buy a brand new Grand Seiko (my first; probably a 9F quartz based on my budget). I am deciding between the flagship boutiques (GS boutique Namiki-dori or the Ginza Wako flagship ) compared to a department store in Ginza. For those who have bought in Ginza:

-Where did you get the best service?

-Any difference in gifts/extra.

-If doing again, where would you go?
