As the title says, I'm having trouble downgrading my membership. I had an ultimate membership and it tells me I need to change my payment method by April 6th or I'll lose access to benefits. It still hasn't kicked me out of ultimate but I've run out of playtime. I'm trying to get the performance tier but it won't let me click on the button to purchase it. It won't even let me resubscribe to ultimate. Is there something I can do to fix this? I tried cancelling my ultimate but that didn't help. I figured something was wrong seeing as it told me to fix the payment by April 6th but still allowed me all of the ultimate membership perks until I ran out of playtime. How can I purchase the $9.99 membership? Like I said previously, the button/link to do so is greyed out and I can't even resubscribe to ultimate.
