out of nowhere my screen just freezes except for the top strip of white . i can see my pointer moving and all in that area and it is not even a software problem it can happen in the bios settings and startup menu too . when screen does get stuck it can stay like this from seconds to hours . and it is not always the case but the screen is more likely to get stuck when i wake my laptop from sleep . anyone have any idea why is this happening
