So for context, my husband works third shift so he sleeps primarily through the day and then it’s all me at night and I have a three year-old son and a one and a half year-old daughter both are showing signs for ADHD in which is highly likely because their father and I have ADHD as well as autism that runs on my side. His pediatrician is hesitant to give him a diagnosis because of his age, but with this discipline has been a major obstacle and nothing seems to be working and it’s led to a lot of anxiety with any kind of public or communal space there was recently incident where it all came ahead at a birthday party where it just felt like my kids were the only kids that didn’t know how to listen and I had to leave before the party even began, and now I’m just deeply embarrassed at myself. I’m just looking for it advice cause really reaching the point where I knew it, but I was still trying, but I’m forced to acknowledge that I don’t know what I’m doing.
