Good evening to all my mountain biking friends!
I stepped away from cycling in 2023 while I was at my peak. Back then, I was averaging 150-160W per workout, covering about 100km and 1,000m of elevation gain per week. I was also competing in races across Greece and had managed to secure several first-place finishes in my category.
However, since then, I haven't exercised at all. Over the past year, I’ve been drinking relatively often and I started smoking. I am now 22 years old and I’m thinking of getting back into it.
How can I get back into a training program and, over time, reach my previous level—or even surpass it? Thank you in advance for your advice!"
