I saw my target restocked blasters and megas and probably had about 8 of each. Grabbed 2 blasters and hit one of these in each blaster. Is Topps finessing us now or what? They are the exact same parallel, but one to 199 and the other to 299. Also, one pack in each blaster only had 3 cards. Something is definitely going on with these 2nd wave of blasters. It also seems like I've been seeing a lot of gpks and case hits being pulled from them, more so than the first wave.

Edit: upon further investigation, one is actually teal, and one is aqua. They look almost identical though, with one being slightly darker.
