Ich habe ein GLS-Paket nicht abgeholt. Es lag 8 Tage im Paketshop, wurde dann abgeholt, ins Lager zurückgebracht und irgendwie nochmal für weitere 8 Tage in den Paketshop geliefert.

Heute habe ich von Vinted eine Nachricht bekommen, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde und ich 48 Stunden habe, um ein Problem zu melden. Aber im Chat mit dem Verkäufer steht weiterhin, dass das Paket zur Abholung bereitliegt. Außerdem habe ich nirgends eine Option, ein Problem zu melden.

Was soll ich jetzt tun? Hatte jemand schon mal das gleiche Problem?

PS: Es hat sich außerdem herausgestellt, dass der Artikel gefälscht ist, deshalb möchte ich das Paket nicht abholen.

I didn’t pick up a GLS package from the parcel shop. It stayed there for 8 days, then got picked up and returned to the warehouse, and somehow it was delivered again to the parcel shop for another 8 days.

Today I got a message from Vinted saying that the package was delivered and that I have 48 hours to report a problem. But in my chat with the seller it still says that the package is waiting for pickup. I also don’t have any option anywhere to report a problem.

What am I supposed to do now? Has anyone had the same issue before?

PS: It also turned out that the item is fake, so I really don’t want to pick it up.
