I need some help coming up with islands for my upcoming pirate campaign I’m DMing. It’s taken inspiration from a lot of things including One Piece. I want to use the idea from One Piece where all the islands are unique.

If you can provide any ideas, put them in the comments. I would need an island name, the theme of the island, names of towns on the island, whether it is under naval or pirate control or neither, and what level you think the characters should be when they encounter it (starting at level 3).
