I use Turbotenant to manage my properties and some of my family member's properties. I like having the 1 place for all of the maintenance requests to go to so I can get to them without having to switch between accounts.
Anyone have advice on how to separate the properties on turbotenant so that I can look at my mom's place and my aunt's 2 places separate from my own? And I'd like to set it up so the different properties send their rent to the correct bank.
Do I have to do a HUD REI or can I just use Turbotenant? Thanks!
