Your OC had been hiking in a rather isolated part of the Ridgeback Mountains in the Kingdom of Mirene when they happen across a flat area that seems like a good place to set up camp for the night. However, when they walk into this area, they notice a heavily scarred, muscular individual chained to a great boulder. The chains are clearly of divine make, with ancient runes and enchantments written into their cold, iron links. The man chained to the boulder looks up at your OC and lets out a dry, weak chuckle before speaking in a raspy voice.
"Well, well. Looks like someone found me. Howdy, stranger. What brings you all the way out here? Come to chat with this old prisoner?"
The man chuckles again, shifting against his chains and waiting for your OC'S response.
