Textures Issue when trying model on GTA SAMP

I'm texturing a skin for GTA SAMP in Blender, and when I texture the upper torso, the texture is darkened. I don't understand why this is happening since I followed the exact same texturing procedure as with the legs and face. Any help or clues as to what might be going on? I'll be waiting for your help and will update with images as needed.
