I'm a builder on Build The Earth, a Minecraft project where we recreate the earth at a 1:1 scale, and I have come here to ask for some builders. Some major cities almost haven't even been touched yet! I am hoping that this post will help get some more builders. You don't have to be a very good builder, as long as you're willing to learn, we want you! There's a server for almost every single country. The project is only available on Java Edition.
