Hi. I have a weird IBD arthritis that has not responded to ibd biological therapy or small molecule therapy. As weird as it sounds the rheumatologists are thinking of trying seropositive biologics.

What are the non anti TNF and non jak inhibitors for seropositive arthritis. Is it il6 inhibitors , T cell depletors and B cell depletors? Do you know how many drugs in each class ?

Ps: Mtx has also not shown efficacy with me.
