I created a seller account and was asked via email to submit additional documents. I had to take photos and resend them multiple times before finally getting verified. After that, I started posting a few offers each day. Over about 20 days, I built up around 30 offers. I even made my first two sales — one for $50 and one for $100 — which felt great as a new seller.
Then I found a cheaper Turkish site (Gamermarkt) where LoL accounts were being sold for much lower prices than on PlayerAuctions. I realized I could potentially resell an account listed there for around $200 on PlayerAuctions for about $400, since similar profiles were priced that way.
So I spent around 15 hours straight working — taking screenshots, writing titles, creating descriptions, and carefully posting each offer one by one. By the end, I had uploaded nearly 100 offers. Exhausted, I went to sleep.
When I woke up — surprise: my account was suspended.
No clear explanation. Just banned for “risk.”
Was it because I’m a new seller posting higher-priced offers? Or because I uploaded too many offers in a short time? I didn’t break a single rule in the TOS. I submitted my documents multiple times, verified everything they asked for — and still got suspended with no real explanation.
And now there’s no proper way to appeal? No real response except copy-paste messages about “risk management”?
What am I supposed to do now?
Am I expected to go to the black market and buy a verified PlayerAuctions account? Or to give my accounts to big sellers so they can sell on my behalf and take 50% of my profits?
Why can’t I sell on my own account when I haven’t broken any rules?
I’m willing to remove the expensive listings if that’s the issue. That’s not a problem. But I need a real solution, not automated replies.
If I keep getting generic responses about a permanent ban with no explanation or path forward, I’ll keep posting here until I get a proper answer.
Because right now, it honestly feels like the system is pushing people toward breaking the rules just to be able to sell at all. Is that really the goal?
