I closed my eyes just sat at my desk enjoying some music, a little desk boogie, then a I felt a brief zap of seizure (I get these every now and again on seizure days), usually I’d have opened my eyes but I kept them closed and almost leant into the seizure, curiously. It wasn’t a nice feeling but I thought I’ll keep my eyes closed and see what happens, and then yep, a few mins later I was coming out of a focal seizure where I lost awareness and felt horrible (same as usual vibes) and then as I came to realised I kinda leant into that and I’m sure if I’d opened my eyes, it wouldn’t have happened. Similar happened recently too. Anyone have any idea what I mean or does this make no sense? Really difficult to put into words!
