I am 25F living on the Gold Coast my whole life. I currently have 100k saved and want to buy something even if it’s just a 1 bedder. This will be my first ever property purchase. I currently live with my parents do 4 days part time and 1 day subcontracting work. I am worried that I will be drowning in mortgage fees and body corporate fees if I buy now? I just want to have my own place 😢
