There has been a couple of times where I've downed somebody and every time I try to cross into the doorway to finish them it'll glitch out and keep putting me back outside the door over and over? Also, there has been times I've picked up the diffuser but couldn't plant. Or the diffuser disappears altogether once someone dies. Is this the game glitching?
