So been on this journey for about a year, lost between 5 and 10 stone, and have now rekindled a sex life!

Dead bedroom for 10 years plus, due to my (M, 50s) self esteem issues, and some physical ability… let’s not go into detail…

But recently, interest awakened somewhat, a few comments from my partner, some very clumsy moments, and some very direct discussion, and suddenly, we have a sex life once more. Not an NSV I was expecting, but I’m quite chuffed (understatement). And so is my wife…
