I have a Ford Figo which was bought in 2011. And this year I have to renew the RC. Due to challan I couldn't get it renewed. Now, I used Cars24 to pay the challan and its in processing and not yet settled. Since, I have to renew the RC asap I sent a mail to cancel and refund the amount I paid. Do they refund back the money?
