Hi everyone, I’m exactly 2 weeks post op on ACL reconstruction with a patella graft, and have some questions. I have filled extension and ~125° flexion. What’s next? When can I start walking without crutches? My PT lady is very pessimistic with my recovery and wants me doing as little as possible which I understand but I feel great.
