Lace bite is killing me. Need high-volume composite toe boots in Men’s 5.5

Hey everyone, I need some help finding a boot that won't crush my soul (or my feet).
I have a very high instep (my navicular bone is prominent) and a wide forefoot. My main issue is "vertical" room most boots clamp down on the top of my foot causing lace bite and pinching on my toe

I'm a woman, so I have that typical narrower heel but a very high arch. I've found that Women's 'Wide' boots are still too shallow on top, which is why I’m hunting for Men's/Boys' sizes that have more 'vertical' space.

Stats:

• Size: 7-7.5 Women’s / 5-5.5 Men’s.
• The Struggle: I prefer Men’s boots for the width/volume, but most brands start at size 7.
• Requirements: Needs to be Composite Toe (non-metallic)
I’m looking for a "high-volume" boot that has a deep footwell
Questions:

  1. Are there specific brands known for making Men's sizes down to 5 or 5.5?
  2. Does anyone with a high instep have a favorite "high-volume" composite toe boot?
  3. Should I keep trying to find small Men's sizes, or is there a specific Women's "Wide" that actually has vertical depth?
    Appreciate any leads!
