I've been reading through a lot of posts here lately and one thing keeps coming up in the comments — agents losing leads not because of bad service or bad pricing, but just because life got in the way and a follow-up never happened.
Someone inquires at 6pm. You're wrapping up a showing. By the time you're home, fed your kids, and sat down — it's 10pm and sending a message feels weird. So you tell yourself you'll do it tomorrow morning. Then tomorrow morning is a blur. And that lead? Gone.
I feel like this is way more common than people admit, because it sounds like a "you're disorganised" problem when really it's just a "you're a human being doing too many things at once" problem.
So genuinely — how do you handle it? Do you have a proper system? A CRM you actually use consistently? Reminders in your phone? A VA? Or is it mostly memory and hoping for the best?
And has a lead ever slipped that you still think about? No judgment — I suspect most people have at least one.
