Hi folks.

I have a total work experience of 7 years. Career is going steady. However I am used to hybrid roles where we come in office for few hours 2 days.

Office mandated rto and it sucks due to traffic and taking calls from office with bullshit of collaboration and synergy

Is there a way to get remote only jobs ? Any websites, portals etc. I see some but unsure if they work.

Need genuine advice here. Kindly help.
