Basically the title. Our managers keep telling us the rif won’t affect us because we lack 3-4 people as it is. They constantly tell us that we are understaffed, they even hired one person recently and were conducting interviews last fall, but we still don’t reach the headcount. Does that mark us safe from the upcoming EMEA RIF?
People in the US or other regions, did that make a difference for you/your teams, or is it just false reassurance?
