I want to add some more piercings to my right ear - I really like the uneven look! The left one has the conch and tragus.
For the right I am thinking either an antitragus, mid helix or a “constellation” that would be a 4th lobe that’s just higher up and in between the 2nd and 3rd.
I just don’t love how it looks with the thirds on the front helix and thirds on the lobe looks a little odd to me and I don’t know how to even it out? Not necessarily in love with the idea of a second helix/top cartilage but I have no idea.

And suggestions of what more to add to the ear to compliment the 3 lobe and 3 front helix is much appreciated! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
