I’m planning on getting boat from Tangiers to Tarifa (probably). I’d like to visit Zahara, Bolonia and Conil de la Frontera. is this possible without a car? Bla bla car? Bus? I don’t mind walking up to an hour if the bus drops you off somewhere nearby. any advice?
