I’m a current associate for a medical device company working in an OR device role, but recently got an internal promotion to be a full on consultant of a large valued territory.

Any tips on what I should be focusing on understanding in the beginning outside of just becoming familiar with the accounts and staff themselves? I feel like there are things outside of my scope being an associate that I’m worried I won’t be prepared for.

Might be a vague question but for the ones already in a consultant role, just know anything helps lol
