I’m looking for an obscure English high school/college bully romance. It is not a stepbrother romance.

The heroine was raised by the man she believed was her father. He dies at the beginning of the book, and she has to move in with her biological mother, her mother’s wealthy husband/“stepfather,” and her much younger biological brother.
Her mother and the “stepfather” are actually loving and rich. The heroine believes her mother abandoned her, but later discovers that her “stepfather” is actually her biological father. The man who raised her was her mother’s high school ex-boyfriend and may have kidnapped/kept her away from her real parents.
The love interest does not live in the same house as her and is not her stepbrother. There may be a secret society element. I think the biological father/stepfather may be named Jonathan, Johnathan, or Jonathon, but I’m not completely sure.
It is probably an indie/KU bully romance or dark high school romance.
