I come from a low-code background and recently switched to an AI Engineer role, with 1.5 years focused mainly on POCs. Current company said they MAY get the project in 3 or so months. I’ve received an offer for an Consultant role in AI/ML at Deloitte USI, Bangalore. I want hands-on experience building production-level AI/ML systems and strengthening my core skills so planning on switching deloitte. Have 4 YOE. I am afraid of bench and layoff but still want to learn AI/ML in terms of dev to production level. Is it worth a switch ? What should I do ?
how are hikes ,perks, benefits
should i switch ?
