I am on methylphenidate SR 40mg and i feel like i need micro boosters towards the end. But this would mean my sleep gets compromised. Had a word w my psychiatrist who isnt in the favour of me messing up my sleep, which totally makes sense but i still wanna know if anybody here has had the experience of doing the same?
