Why is one piece always missing.. why is it never two or three? Having just one piece missing is like the puzzle laughing at you and saying “if only you had just this ONE☝️ piece.. then I’d be complete.”

Anyway.. this was very fun and challenging. The pieces were just very loose which made it hard to build on a felt piece over a carpet. Overall, very beautiful and the pieces are sturdy! Second time building it and it was somehow harder than the first.😅

Hi all, I wrote on here around 7 months ago when we found out about my dads benign craniopharyngioma pituitary tumor. it’s been 8 months of trying to adjust to our new normal.
My purpose in writing is to inform that my dad is having surgery soon and his tumor is currently at 4.5 CM. Without petrifying me please, could anyone who’s gone through a craniotomy or very closely witnessed a loved one go through one tell me what to expect? Of course everyone’s experience is different, but im just trying to get an idea of what life will look like for a little while.

Please share any tips and tricks for post surgery care, and any other info that would help with this approaching surgery. I just hope my father’s quality of life will improve. Watching him live his life in almost 3rd person has been extremely hard. I hope he has many years ahead, although I’m not sure what the lifespan is post brain surgery.
