SuperEx on the App Store is a scam – took $5000+ and banned me
I downloaded "SuperEx" from the official App Store. I made a small test deposit – it worked. Then I deposited around $5,000–6,000. The app took my money, refused to credit my account, and banned me when I contacted support.
Apple support has been unhelpful:
- China support said they can't help because my Apple ID is US region
- US support said they "don't handle cryptocurrency disputes"
I'm not asking Apple to manage crypto. I'm asking them to take responsibility for what they allow on their store.
