Looking for some advice, I was offered a role within public service in IT its 3 days in office with the potential of shift work, current situation is 0 days in office private sector no rotational shifts.
looking to get insight in the shift work style of public sector does it eat into your family time?.
For IT people do they allow nights and afternoon shifts from home?
Decision to move is due to me looking for long term security although the work life balance in my scenario looks like its flipped.
