ok this is kind of embarrassing but I tracked how long we were spending on job descriptions. over an hour. sometimes closer to two. for a job description. which is wild because it's mostly the same structure every time.
been doing prompt engineering stuff for a while now and finally sat down and actually built something useful, 50 prompts specifically for JDs. they handle the stuff that takes forever: compliance language, bias review, tone adjustment for different roles, requirements that don't accidentally scare off good candidates.
15 minutes now. sometimes less.
anyway i made a pdf with all of them. if you want it just say so. no newsletters no nothing just the file.
