Rare Head Combo? LY2 2007.5 Silverado
I was looking through some old pictures and noticed “243” on my factory LY2 heads. From my research, GM would sometimes mix and match head castings on truck motors during the GMT900 era.
Did I accidentally get a rarer combo? And are the 243 heads considered good compared to the other truck castings?
