Hi! So I just have a question on what the difference is and which to follow more for weight loss. For reference I'm 165cm and 43kg and kind of sedentary (9-10k steps 5 days a week) which puts my BMR at around 1200 and my TDEE at 1500. I see a lot that this is people's weight loss calories but some say it's dangerous no matter what height you are and whatever so I'm a little confused with all the different statements about it. If I were to lose weight would I have to eat below BMR or just below TDEE? Please let me know if I could be clearer! Thank you in advance.
