Hi all! Iam a 34 weeks FTM. I have purchased a manual breast pump from luvlap as I saw on reels that initially electronic ones will not do justice as supply is limited. I wanted to buy promom handsfree breast pump but again there are confusing videos where some say hands free are not good for supply and some are in favour. I need your honest opinion like what worked for you. Should i go for an electric one or a hands free one. And do recommend the brand. My current options are promom for handsfree and luvlap dual one for electric.

Hi all! I am a FTM at 34 weeks. First of all, are nursing bras really helpful? I have heard that you don't need them at all. If yes, which ones? Any brand recommendation that worked for you. Or are front openers helpful or normal hook ones. Any help will be appreciated.
