I’ve had two Daly “smart BMS” fail with the message “the monomer acquisition dropped the line”. Everything checks out, cell voltage, connections, wire-up, everything. I’ve emailed Daly countless times about the “security code” to update the firmware and they never can quite get it to me. All I get is a manager emailing their employee with me on copy asking them to send me the code. The code never comes. I’ve now got two bad BMS and my entire build is shot. Anyone else have this experience with Daly?

Also, does anyone have another BMS that they would recommend? 24V 8s 40A LifePO4
