So i just started fresh on a completely empty allotment of 84m²

The top soil has been fertalized recently by the complex owners.

The previous owner apparently had many weeds bc i find the leaves everywhere.

I removed many dead roots already but do i need to get as much of those leafs out of the dirt before i start planting, or does it go away by itself
