Hi everyone,

I’ve completely lost my fitness mojo lately and I don’t really know how to get it back 😅

I do have fat loss goals this year, with little milestones (holidays in June and October etc), but right now I just have zero motivation to actually do anything about it.

Like this morning - my alarm went off at 5:15 so I could get up and run 5:30–6:30, have a chill coffee/breakfast, then get ready for work… and I just could not get up. I felt like I was mid-deep sleep, snoozed it, and that was that. I used to be such a morning workout girlie as well so this is very unlike me 🥲

After work isn’t really an option either, running after food is a no from me (iykyk 💩), and the gym is absolutely rammed at that time so it just puts me off.

What’s frustrating is I actually have an online programme and a really good coach… I just can’t seem to get myself to do it at the moment.

I think I’m missing a bit of spark or accountability or something?? Has anyone done any free/cheap virtual challenges, apps, groups etc that actually helped you get back into it?

TLDR: Lost all motivation for fitness despite having goals — looking for free/cheap challenges or accountability ideas to get back on track.
